Fused Glass Suncatcher Workshop

Celebrate the spring sunshine by creating your own custom fused glass suncatcher! Whether you're joining Serena from 3D Glass Art for the first time or returning after one of her previous popular library workshops, you'll enjoy a fun and creative afternoon exploring the beauty of fused glass.

Using an array of vibrant coloured glass, you'll design and create one unique suncatcher (5.5cm wide, 13cm long) that will catch the light and bring colour, sparkle, and warmth to your home. Serena will guide you through the process step by step, making this workshop suitable for complete beginners as well as those with previous fused glass experience.

All materials are provided, so simply bring your creativity and enjoy the opportunity to learn a new skill while creating a beautiful piece of light-catching art. Once your design is complete, Serena will take it away to be professionally fused in her kiln, transforming the individual pieces into a stunning finished artwork.

Your completed suncatcher will be returned to the library for collection at a later date.

This workshop is suitable for ages 12 and over. Participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult. Please note that tickets are non-refundable.
